Murder On The Orient Express by Agatha Christie

Donated by Dhanu Sobhanan, who says...

This was the first ever murder mystery book I read when I was 13 years old.12 years and 250 books later, I'm still in awe of how brilliantly it was written. I hope you scratch your head over it and have just as many failed eureka moments as I did, trying to figure out who the killer was! Happy reading! X

  1. I love a good mystery but to me the most engaging aspect of this tale are the relationships and dynamics between all the different characters and their individual perspectives on a world that’s on the verge of globalisation (and the monsters that hide within it). The situation presented peels back the layers of noise in a typical mystery and allows the characters to present themselves in their own surprising manners.
